Rules of the Race parteners must stay together at all times all traffic laws must be adhered to full course must be completed Helmets required for Mountain bike section Life Jackets must be worn on Kayak section there is no short cuts! Racers will receive a map of each section of the course the course will also be marked with ribon and arrows. Water will be available to refill your hydration pack/water bottle at the start/finish line and the Kayak transition area. Racers should arrive on site no later than 0800 solo participants must drop off their kayaks with the voluteers from SI Kayak no later than 0745 at the buttom of Seguine Ave in Lemon Creek Park.
